New Zealand Diploma in Beauty Therapy - Level 5*
Launch your career with our brand new beauty therapy qualification!
This year-long, brand new qualification is designed for students who already have a Level 4 beauty qualification, or experience as a beauty therapist.
While completing this programme you can also choose to complete CIBTAC and CIDESCO certification – both of which are internationally recognised qualifications. This will provide further employment opportunities for you in New Zealand and around the world.
During this programme you will learn to critically analyse your client’s needs and recommend and apply therapies. You’ll become an expert in a range of treatments and therapies including electrical therapy machines, full body massage, exfoliation, body wraps, advanced skin care, and nutrition. You’ll also learn the skills to manage a client base or small beauty therapy business.
This programme will be offered from February 2018 and is still currently being developed. As more course content becomes available over the next few weeks we will keep you updated.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Hold IELTS Level 5.5 or recognised equivalent.
At Elite we believe your desire to achieve is far more important than previous performance. We therefore encourage you to apply whether or not you have school qualifications. An interest in science, nutrition, biology or communications is an advantage but is not essential.
You must be in possession of a student visa and travel and medical insurance which must be valid for the entire duration of your course of study.
