How Elite helped Cindy-Ray turn her beauty passion into a career

From a young age, Cindy-Ray found herself captivated by her mum’s makeup bag, spending hours exploring the world of glamour and fashion. This interest grew into a passion for the beauty industry, and by the time she finished high school, Cindy-Ray knew she wanted to take the next step with Elite.

What started as a fascination with makeup soon evolved into a deeper understanding of the beauty industry during her time at Elite. “Elite provided me with the perfect foundation for my career. The course content was tailored to my interests, and I quickly realised that beauty is so much more than just makeup,” she explains. “It’s about understanding skincare, treatments, and how the industry is always evolving.”

Upon completing her level 3, 4, and 5 qualifications at Elite, she was honoured with the prestigious 2023 Top Beauty Therapist award, a testament to her commitment and skill.

Cindy-Ray’s hard work and dedication paid off when she landed her dream job. “Now, I’m fortunate to work at Feathertouch by Cherie - my dream job!” she says. Feathertouch specialises in cosmetic tattoo, skincare treatments, and brow & lash treatments. Working at Feathertouch allows Cindy-Ray to help women feel confident in their natural beauty, a role that has been incredibly rewarding.
