Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
Conditions of offer
The offer consists of a $500 prezzy card if a student (as defined below) refers a friend who has otherwise had no contact with Elite to enrol on any February or March 2023 course and that friend enrols and starts on a course at Elite (subject to places being available and the course commencing); before 1 April 2023 (“Referred Friend”).
The offer is only available in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to students who:
are an existing Elite student or pre-enrolled into a 2023 course starting in February or March; and
are aware that the referred friend’s details will be verified by Elite prior to any prezzy card being awarded.
The student will only be eligible to receive a $500 prezzy card once the referred friend meets all eligibility criteria for the course, has paid their fees, and attended more than 8 days of their course.
The offer does not include any other discount or financial benefit to students or the referred friend and does not apply to amounts payable to the professional body for student/delegate registration, exemptions and examination entries.
Redeeming the Offer assumes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Redeeming the Offer
Yoobee Colleges Ltd are the NZQA registered provider.
The offer commences on 14 November 2022 and can be withdrawn at any time, without notice. This offer expires 31 March 2023.
Students cannot use this offer in conjunction with any other discounts or offers by Elite.
The offer is non-transferable or redeemable for cash and no prize alternative will be offered.
No employee of Up Education or any of its subsidiaries can claim a referral fee. Elite reserves the right to amend or discontinue this referral campaign and any other associated competitions at any time without prior notice. Should any disputes arise, the 'National Operations Manager’ decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
